appreciate,

was that I could totally trust you to do what you promised.  You really

followed through on things you said you would check on and protected us

in many ways I never would have thought of.  I would love to tell

someone how you were checking on the roofer.

 I could trust you to never get lazy on us or accept "BS" excuses from

other agents for not performing as promised.

        Another thing I always appreciated was that you were patient

with

my family - all the Grandpas, Grandmas and grown children that had to

see

each possibility on separate trips.  You are always so patient, answering our questions over and over.

        Also I always felt that you are good hearted, have a certain

ethical set of values of how you deal with people with honesty and

respect.  I was comfortable in letting you speak for me.

My husband and I had bought and sold properties through Real Estate agents before we met Ivanka.
